Elisabetta D’Amico is a multi award winning inker from Italy.

 

Since 2016, she has worked for companies such as Marvel (Spider-Men II, Cloak & Dagger, Black Widow, Daredevil, New Mutants, Spider Gwen: Smash and Avengers Assemble), IDW (Star Trek: The Q Conflict and G.I. JOE) and Dark Horse (Star Wars: Bad Batch)

 

In 2019, she won an Inkwell Award in the “Props Award” category. In 2024 she won two more Inkwell Awards in the categories “Most Adaptable” and “Props Award” for her work on Daredevil #7 and Venom vs Deadpool Annual #1. 

What was the first comic you bought?

I lived in a small town and there were no comic book stores, so it was really hard to find comics, but I remember one day I passed by a newsstand and saw issue 58 of Inuyasha, I loved the anime and I couldn't miss it! I've never stopped since!

Favourite character to draw?

I love drawing female characters and, if I really had to choose, maybe the character I love to draw is the one I'm most attached to, so I'd say Scarlet!

Biggest artistic influences?

I'd say they are definitely J. Lee and S. Williams, J. Glapion and G. Capullo, M. Checchetto, P. Larraz and definitely J. LaFebre.

Favourite convention snack?

This is a good question but I don't think I have any doubts about the answer: chips!! Whether they're fried or in a bag, I have a weakness for chips!
