PHILLIP KENNEDY JOHNSON

Phillip Kennedy Johnson is an Eisner-nominated writer and musician living in the Washington, DC/Baltimore region.

He is the writer and co-creator of comic series The Last God from DC Black Label, Last Sons of America (currently in development at Netflix), Smoketown, Warlords of Appalachia, Low Road West, and The Lost Boys of the U-Boat Bremen. He has also written Batman, Aquaman, Animal Man, and Sinestro for DC Comics, Marvel Zombies: Resurrection and War is Hell for Marvel, Kong, Adventure Time, and Planet of the Apes for BOOM! Studios, The Power of the Dark Crystal for Archaia, and others yet to be announced.

Johnson is an alumnus of the 2017 DC Comics Writers Workshop.
