VALERIO GIANGIORDANO

Valerio made his debut in 2019 in Marvel as a Cover Artist on various series (Savage Avengers, Taskmaster, Jessica Jones, etc...) and also does covers for the major US publishers/Series.

He created TWO MOONS alongside John Arcudi for Image comics. With the miniseries MONOLITH he expanded the SPAWN universe and he is currently working with Mark Millar on Nemesis: Rogues' Gallery for Netflix/Millarworld/Dark Horse.

What was the first comic you bought?

The first comic I bought with my pocket money was AKIRA. The first American comic I bought was "The Crow".

Favourite character to draw?

I love drawing Wolverine, Conan and Batman.

Biggest artistic influences?

There are many artists who inspire me. The first that come to mind: Otomo, Jorge Zaffino, Alberto Breccia, Toppi, Mignola and many authors past and present.

Favourite convention snack?

Any salty snack and lots of coffee!
