VINCENZO FEDERICI
Vincenzo Federici is an Italian comic book artist from Naples.
After completing his studies at the Art School and the Academy of Fine Arts, he began his career working in the French BD industry, with publishers such as Soleil Éditions and on his personal project for the Italian publisher Remer Comics, The Kabuki Fight.
Then, he started working with American publishers such as Archie Comics, IDW Publishing, Zenescope Entertainment, Dynamite Entertainment, Boom! Studios, Dark Horse, Humanoids on titles like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, Army of Darkness/Bubba Ho-Tep, Star Trek, FireFly, Power Rangers, Bettie Page, Red Sonja, Vampirella, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Apex Legends, Jennifer Blood and still others.
What was the first comic you bought?
My father bought me a X-Men Age of Apocalypse Alpha when I was a kid. The first actual piece of my collection!
Favourite character to draw?
Too many to say, but to give a top 3: TMNT, Akuma from Street Fighter and Psylocke from X-Men (but also Etrigan the Demon, all the Street Fighter characters, all the X-Men characters and more and more..........)
Biggest artistic influences?
Alan Davis on a classic side and James Harren on a modern side.
Favourite convention snack?
